Tax exempt status, if applicable, must be established prior to order by providing a copy of your valid tax exemption. We cannot alter or refund taxes once an order has been confirmed.

Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time. Orders will be invoiced at the price prevailing at date of shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We make every effort to provide accurate pricing and product information and will contact the customer to approve any changes and or discrepancies.

Warranty
All Fastercable products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Fastercable does not warranty any products beyond the manufacturer's warranty and assumes no liability for it's use.

Returns
If, for any reason, you wish to return one of our products, it must be unopened, un-marked and unused, and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be issued within 30 days from order fulfillment. All special-order or non-stock items, built-to-order items, custom order, and value-add products are non-cancelable, non-returnable. Standard stocked products may be returned for credit after completion of the required RMA procedure. All returns will be inspected upon arrival for final approval. Incomplete returns will prevent our team from properly processing the return and will be shipped back to you. Any and all products meeting the return requirements may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.
